Tour Cancellation & Refund Policy

 Tour reservations may be cancelled for a full refund when the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour time.

Cancellations or requests to reschedule made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

Weather: If weather or other unsafe flying conditions prevent Hermanns Helicopters from operating the tour on the scheduled date, the customer may choose to reschedule free of charge to another available date. If the customer chooses not to reschedule and requests a refund due to weather, the customer will be eligible for a 75% refund of the tour price.

No-Shows and Late Arrivals: Customers who do not show for their scheduled tour or arrive too late to complete the tour are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

By booking a tour, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this cancellation, refund, rescheduling, and weather policy.
